We have rented from Baby Chic twice this month. Both times were last minute trips and Tiffany has come through every time. The stroller and pack n play we rented both times were impeccable. You can see the attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and care of the gear. Most impressive is Tiffany's professionalism and fantastic custumer care. As a mother of three, she gets it! You will feel like you don't need to worry about a thing. She is reliable and that goes a long way when traveling outside your comfort zone with kids. Baby Chic is highly recommended. A+++

We had to order a baby crib last minute when travelling to NYC with our 6 month old son. Tiffany was friendly and efficient. We felt reassured and knew the crib would be waiting for us when we arrived after a long trip.

We ordered a swing because our baby was going through a "fussy" period. Tiffany was a prompt communicator and was able to accomodate our different delivery locations. I would definitely recommend to travelling parents in NYC.

Baby Chic provided me with a peace of mind. My daughter came for a extended visit and the crib, high chair, gate and car seats that I rented were in perfect condition. Everything was set up for me which made it very easy. I will definitely from Baby Chic again.
