How far ahead should I place an order? TOP
It is always best to place your order as soon as you know your travel dates.  This way items are reserved and guaranteed.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, you can always do so.  We will try to accommodate last minute orders as best as we can.

Ordering as early as possible is the best way to make sure you will get what you need. As soon as you know your traveling dates go on line and book your equipment. Whenever traveling during holiday or summer months try booking several weeks ahead as those are the busiest times. During non holiday or summer months one to two weeks notice is sufficient. How is your equipment cleaned? TOP
We pride ourselves on cleanliness!  All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each delivery. We use only fragrance free and eco-friendly cleaners. All of our linens and fabrics are cleaned with fragrance free detergent and our strollers are steam cleaned and sanitized after each use.  We would send out anything we wouldn't want to receive ourselves!

Do you install Car Seats? TOP
Unfortunately we do not install car seats.  Please check http://www.safercar.gov/cpsApp/cps/index.htm?

Will you set up my crib rental? TOP
Our Cribs are delivered assembled.  They unfold and lock into place.  We will be glad to do this for you. If you will not be there for drop off it is very simple to do yourself.

Are your products safe? TOP
Safety is our primary concern.  All of our products are up to date and meet all safety standards. Products are checked after each use and are replaced as needed.  For more information on product safety, please visit Consumer Product Safety Commission at www.cpsc.gov .

Can I pick up my equipment? TOP
Pick up is not available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience!

What if I need something not on your site? TOP
Please ask! We try to accommodate our clients as best as we can.

What happens after I make my reservation? TOP
Once you complete your online reservation, you will receive an email confirmation within 24hours.  On the confirmation all items requested will be listed as well as times windows for delivery and pick up that you choose.
If there are any issues, we will contact you right away.

Do you deliver to Hotels? TOP
We do deliver to hotels often!  We usually try to have your items delivered prior to your arrival (unless otherwise specified) so you do not need to wait to use your equipment.

Upon departing the hotel, please leave all rented equipment with the front desk or concierge.

Why should I choose your company? TOP
At Baby Chic we pride ourselves on top of the line rental equipment as well as customer satisfaction. As being Mothers, we understand the importance of cleanliness and being and to Rely on a company who promises to deliver. PLEASE read reviews prior to making your decision. We have heard many of the horror stories and no one should be put in that position.

Is there a Delivery Fee? TOP

We offer a Delivery and Pick up service to most areas.  Our flat rate Delivery Fee of $80 includes both the Delivery and Pick up no matter how many items you rent!

Delivery Areas covered at this rate are:
Long Island (Nassau County)
Jersey City (Add'l Tolls)
(Add'l Tolls)
