Nothing but praise for Babychic. Our stay in NYC with our 18 month old daughter was great, partly due to the great equipment that we rented via Babychic. Both the high chair and the baby bed were delivered on time and looked brand new. |

Rented a double citimini stroller for a trip to Maryland where we did a lot of walking with my 4 year old and 5 month old. We opted to pick up the stroller since we are close by. Both pick up and drop off were easy and we will be using this service again for our trip to Disney!! |

The folding crib arrived in spotless condition, and the organic sheets and mattress were spotless as well. My grandson slept better in this crib than the one he has at home! Full size foldable was as clean as a new one, including sheets. We brought our own sheets from home but did not use them. We felt comfortable using babychic's sheets since they were so clean.
Also the foldable crib was easy to break down and move from bedroom to living room.
Would use you again, great cust. service and great gear!

Was extremely happy with babychicny. From initial email right thru to delivery and pick up of our items, Tiffany was so helpful, and friendly. We hired a crib, stroller and high chair. All items were in great condition. Chose baby chic after looking at another company who ended up being very rude and not nearly as helpful. Would thoroughly recommend. |

My wife and I rented a Bugaboo stroller for our 3-month old son during our visit to NYC. The stroller was delivered on time and with a stuffed animal as a gift for the baby, was in great condition, and was picked up on time as well. My wife remarked numerous times how great it was that we were able to have a stroller with us ours was too big to bring with us on the plane, and I agree.

I reserved a pack and play for a last minute overnight stay in Brooklyn another company I'd tried to use lost my reservation!. Baby Chic was able to accommodate me with very little notice. It was easy to order online, delivery and pickup were on time, and they even included a sheet! I would definitely recommend Baby Chic to friends. Glad I found them online. |

We rented the full size crib with mattress for our 2 year old who still likes to sleep in her crib.
Service was efficient, crib in spotless condition and the mattress very comfortable. It was like her home crib, very good quality, big size and clean.
We moved her to the living room area in our hotel room and she slept very good for our entire holiday.
Also I requested an early pick up and they came at 8.15 am sharp to collect the crib.
Great service that made possible travelling with a toddler overseas! I will be recommending it.

I rented the Bugaboo Cameleon from Baby Chic during my week long stay in NYC and I cannot believe how amazing my experience was. They were promt for delivery and pick up and my stroller was in pristine condition. They were very helpful with all my questions and helped me in any way I needed it, even in giving me more time at no cost! I would most certinly rent from them any time I am in the city! I don't think I could ever convey how positive my experience was. I know some people may be skeptical of this review since I have not a single bad thing to say. If you need a rental and want to deal with nice people then this is the place for you! Cannot wait to do buisness again! |

Ordered 2 toddler beds with bedding for a week and they worked out great. The beds were in great condition, clean and sturdy. The delivery and pick up was well organized. We had to leave the city early and baby chic ny was very accommodating and came to pickup earlier than we had originally stated. We will use them again! |

I rented a double stroller from baby chic nyc while my 5 year old and 20 month old nephews were in town and it was an absolute pleasure & total success! I never even spoke to anybody: I did the whole thing on-line. I found the company's name on Google and the reviews seemed very positive so I just decided to "go for it". I am SO thrilled that I did! They delivered on time, the stroller was in great condition, and they picked it up right from my doorman during the scheduled time in the reservation. I have saved their card and will DEFINITELY use them each & every time my nephews come to town. I will also recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. |
